An emerging artist from P.G. county Maryland, Kira McMillan majored in Art and Design at Towson University, and graduated in 2020, with a concentration in Painting, Drawing, and Printmaking. During that time she grew into an eclectic expressionistic style, broadening her creative horizons by occasionally bringing in unconventional materials to enhance subject. Her work is self-reflective and displays the experiences of being young, African American, and a woman.
